Krishh Ramakrishnan
Krishh has a background in engineering, product development, and management. Born and educated in Kerala, India, he pursued his master’s degree in Germany and has since worked for over 10 years in the German automotive industry. With experience in sourcing, recruitment, and leading organisational changes, Krishh has successfully managed operational and project transitions. He has played a key role in ramping up international projects across Asia, the EU, and America, showcasing strong teamwork and communication skills. Based in Munich, he is passionate about fostering sustainable business ventures between India and Germany while building his own entrepreneurial journey.

Florian Obermeier
Florian has a background in Business Studies and has been a project and process manager within the Automotive and Energy industry for more than 10 years. As a manager in different companies, he particularly enjoyed the steps of interviewing candidates and ensuring a smooth onboarding and training process. He has seen work life in Australia, the US and China and due to his strong family ties to Asia is still learning about intercultural topics every day. Being the only child with elderly parents he has always been thinking about solutions for the growing need for manpower in the nursing and care industry. When he is not travelling he is based in his hometown of Munich.
